The Miss America Organization is the nation’s leader in awarding scholarship money to young women (awarding over $45 Million Dollars) each year. More than 50,000 young women compete each year at the Local and State levels with all events being run by volunteers.

Earn Scholarships- Many young women have PAID for their entire education with Miss America Scholarship Dollars!

Make A Difference- The Miss America Program provides a forum for raising awareness and affecting change for all types of community needs that are important to you, our community and our nation!

Gain Experience- Public speaking and interview are just some of the numerous skills you will gain. The Career goals that you choose and the skills you'll acquire through the Miss America Organization will help you reach and exceed your goals!

*All Titleholders will hold title for 1 year

and will be required to Compete at the

Miss Nevada/ Miss Nevada's Outstanding Teen Pageant in Summer 2019.

Requirements

Miss Eligibility

Must be between the ages of 17 and 25

Must be at least a Senior in High School

Must turn 18 before National Pageant

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must have never been married

Must have never given birth nor currently a parent

Must work, live, or attend school on a Full-Time Basis in the Carson City or Douglas County Area for at-least 6 Months prior to Pageant Date (2019)

Outstanding Teen Eligibility

Must be between the ages of 13 and 17

Must not turn 18 before National Pageant

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must have never been married

Must have never given birth nor currently a parent

Must work, live, or attend school on a Full-Time Basis in the Carson City, Douglas County Area for at-least 6 Months prior to Pageant Date (2019)
